Each item we create is handcrafted and, when applicable, personalized to your specifications. Product photos are for representation only; colors and materials may vary slightly due to lighting, wood grain, or screen differences.
By placing a custom order, you confirm all spelling, dates, and design details are correct at checkout. Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
💰 Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Payment is due in full at checkout and is securely processed through Shopify’s payment gateway.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Processing times are clearly listed on each product page. Standard items ship within 3–5 business days, and custom pieces may take up to 14 business days. Once an order ships, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
