🌀 Return & Refund Policy — Coastal Chaos Co

At Coastal Chaos Co, each product is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-made or personalized, we want to be upfront about how returns and refunds work.

✨ Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom, personalized, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong design, or damaged upon arrival).

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at coastalchaosco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

🛍️ Non-Custom Items

For non-personalized products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To start a return, email us at coastalchaosco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

⚡ Exchanges

Need a replacement or want a similar item? We’re happy to help with an exchange for non-custom items of equal value. Just reach out to us before sending anything back.
